Note: External activities (social meetings, tours, or tourist activities) will be managed by third parties. These costs are not included in the registration fee and payment would need to be done independently from the registration. We also offer free Interpretive Tours - guided educational excursions to wetlands, páramos, and urban forests for conference participants with limited spots available.

If you were unable to register online, you can register in person at the venue starting October 21, 2025 at 7:00 AM. Please note that space is limited and on-site registration is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy (For Reference)

The cancellation policy for Living Data 2025 was: Cancellations received by August 31, 2025 would receive a full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee. Cancellations received between September 1 and October 10, 2025 would receive a 50% refund. No refunds were issued for cancellations after October 10, 2025.

Citizens of many countries can enter Colombia without a visa for stays up to 90 days. However, entry requirements vary depending on nationality.
