Inclusion Champion Program
Through the generous support of our Inclusion Champion sponsors, we enable participants from Low and Middle Income Countries (LMIC) to attend Living Data 2025. This program ensures diverse participation from regions that are rich in biodiversity but often underrepresented at international conferences.
What are LMICs?
LMIC stands for Low- and Middle-Income Countries, as classified by the World Bank. Despite often being home to significant biodiversity, LMICs typically have fewer resources to support research and conservation efforts.
Supporting participation from LMICs helps ensure that vital perspectives and expertise are included in global conversations.
